Call for Special Issue Proposals and Early Career Editor Opportunities in Swiss Psychology Open
Swiss Psychology Open is inviting researchers to submit special issue proposals to our multidisciplinary, open-access, peer-reviewed journal. Swiss Psychology Open is committed to publishing high-quality research that is innovative and relevant to a broad audience. Our editorial team will be working closely with you to ensure the success of your special issue and can assist you with identifying potential reviewers. We currently welcome special issues that cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to social psychology, clinical psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, and neuropsychology.
Each special issue should feature between 6 to 12 articles. Although theoretical contributions are allowed, the majority of all contributions to each special issue should be of empirical nature. The publication fee for accepted articles is CHF 500.-, which can be waived if authors do not have funding for open access fees.
We encourage postdocs and early career researchers to submit special issue proposals as a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience working as an editor.
If you are interested in submitting a special issue, have any questions or other inquiries, please contact our editorial board at Sascha.Zuber@unige.ch.
